All orders are processed within 7 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Please note:

  • Orders are processed only on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak seasons, promotional events, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS.

FamFuel partners with trusted logistics providers to ensure timely and secure delivery.

The shipping method used for your order will depend on your delivery location, service availability, and order size.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

Metro Cities

Delivery within 7-9 business days

Non-Metro Cities and Towns

Delivery within 15 business days

Remote or Rural Areas

Delivery within 20 business days

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on courier operations and location accessibility.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the order value, product weight, and delivery location.

Examples:

  • Standard Shipping: 99 INR
  • Free Shipping on orders above: 4999 INR

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email and/or SMS.
  • A tracking number.
  • A tracking link to monitor the status of your shipment.

You can use the provided tracking details to check the progress of your delivery in real time.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

FamFuel shall not be held liable for delays caused by external factors beyond our reasonable control.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.

If incorrect or incomplete information is provided:

  • Delivery delays may occur.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply.
  • Orders returned to us due to incorrect address details may require payment of additional re-shipping charges.

Please review your shipping information carefully before placing an order.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

Courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts.

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Customer unavailability,
  • Incorrect address,
  • Failure to respond to courier communications,

the package may be returned to FamFuel.

In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

9. Damaged Packages During Transit

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Please take clear photographs of the package and products immediately.
  2. Contact us at ujjwaldhawan1003@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery.
  3. Include your order number and photographs for quicker resolution.

Our team will investigate the matter and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

10. International Shipping

Option A (If you currently ship only within India):

At present, FamFuel ships only within India. We do not currently offer international shipping.

We hope to expand our shipping services internationally in the future.

Option B (If you plan to ship internationally):

FamFuel offers international shipping to selected countries.

Please note:

  • Delivery timelines vary by destination.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges applicable in their country.
  • International shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
