Return and Refund Policy

At FamFuel, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all labels, seals, and accompanying materials intact.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, or receipt) must be provided.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.


2. How to Request a Return

  • Reason for return
  • Photographs (if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect)

Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.


3. Return Timeframe

Customers must raise a return request within 2 days from the date of delivery.

Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.


4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during transit
  • Defective
  • Expired
  • Incorrect (different from what was ordered)

Please notify us within 2 days of delivery by emailing ujjwaldhawan1003@gmail.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the outer packaging and shipping label
  • A brief description of the issue

After verification, we may offer:

  • A replacement product, or
  • A full refund, as applicable.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible products in the following circumstances:

  • Product received is damaged or defective.
  • Incorrect product was delivered.
  • Product qualifies under our return eligibility criteria.

Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

If the requested replacement product is unavailable, we may issue a refund instead.


6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Opened or used food and nutrition products.
  • Products with broken or tampered seals.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or negligence by the customer.
  • Gift cards, promotional items, or free samples.
  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale events, unless received damaged or defective.

Please note that nutritional and consumable products, once opened, cannot be returned due to safety and hygiene regulations.


7. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to:

Our Error

(Incorrect, damaged, defective, or expired product)

  • FamFuel will bear the return shipping costs.
  • We may arrange a reverse pickup where available.

Customer Preference

(Change of mind, accidental order, etc.)

  • Customers may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
  • Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

8. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Refunds may take up to 7 days business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer, UPI, or any other mutually agreed method.


9. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible and the order will be governed by this Return and Refund Policy.


10. Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason, FamFuel reserves the right to deduct applicable shipping and handling charges from the refund amount.


11. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected period:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your bank or payment provider.
  3. Allow additional processing time.
